Account Executive

Aero Precision is searching for Account Executives to join our team. The Account Executives serve as a direct link between Aero Precision and our dealer network. This role is responsible for building and sustaining long-term customer relationships and is essential to the success of our organization.

Job Description

  • Reach out to potential dealers and activate new dealer accounts.
  • Nurture relationships with existing dealers by serving their purchasing needs.
  • Reach or exceed sales quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Work together with a team to reach overall company sales goals.
  • Maintain existing relationships by managing conflicts and offering solutions to dealers.

Minimum Requirements

  • A 2-4 year degree in the field of business or communications is preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience is required.
  • The ability to consistently hit individual, team, and company goals.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office in a working environment.
  • Must be willing to relocate to Washington State.

The position will be paid base plus commission.

Customer Service Representative

Aero Precision is searching for a customer service representative to join our team. The customer service representative is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and Aero Precision. They also assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries.

Job Description

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Advise on company information.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Place or cancel orders.
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
  • Inform customer of deals and promotions.
  • Sell products and services when presented the opportunity.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
  • Work with customer service lead and/or sales manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

The Product Technical Support Representative is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and Aero Precision. They also assist with complaints, returns, product inspection, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries.

  • Handle and process customer returns in an organized fashion.

  • Help customers by troubleshooting product issues and disputes.

CNC Setup Machinist

Aero Precision is searching for a CNC Setup Machinist to join our team. This position is a key component to the success of our manufacturing department.

Job Description

  • Responsible for supporting operators in the training of loading parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, deburring and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
  • Studies and interprets drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and set up requirements.
  • Measures and marks dimensions and reference points on material or work pieces as a guide for subsequent machining.
  • Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure quality of productions. Reports all machine malfunctions to Supervisor.
  • Communicates with management, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
  • Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.
  • Within the scope of the job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the Company Quality Program and procedures, Company policies and Safety and Environmental Regulations.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience preferred in set-up of 4-axis CNC horizontal milling, and 3-axis CNC vertical milling machines.
  • Knowledge in use of precision measuring instruments and the application of such instruments. Instruments should include but not limited to calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gages, indicators and scales.
  • Strong understanding in blue print reading / geometric tolerancing interpretation.
  • Intermediate knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts and other accessories used on various machines.
  • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job.
  • Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts and changing work schedules.
  • Must possess basic math skills to include, but not limited to, adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and algebra for the purpose of calculating material fabrication.
  • CNC programming a plus
  • Past experience with either or both Mazak and Okuma equipment, as well as experience with Mazatrol and/or EIA a plus.

  • Moderate walking, standing, heavy lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching. Work outside and inside, around moving objects, and with machinery with moving parts. Frequent exposure to fumes, dust and noise.

Work Environment

  • Work performed in a shop environment.
  • Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, etc.
