Super lightweight mount ! Grabs the rail and scope securely. Mounted a Burris MTAC 6.5-20 with this mount. Scope was new out of the box and no elevation adjustment was needed, 2 clicks on the windage and she was dead center at 100yds! I liked the first one I purchased so much I now own 3 of these mounts! Completed a SBR upper with this mount for a 1-6 optic. Couldn't beat the price from granitemountainoutfitters. Love the design, form truly follows function with these guys! As strong and HALF the weight of my previous mount. Perfect 0 hold after multiple remove/installs, a very good choice at less than half the price and weight of the other 'Name' mounts out there... JUST BUY IT! (Posted on 6/24/2016)

I have replaced an ARMS mount and larue rings gor a Vortex Razor Gen 2 and a USO LR 3-17 for the Aero SPR mounts. They are far lighter then the aforementioned and i feel that Return to zero is similar if not the same without having to dole out some serious ammo cash. While i would absolutely love a 20 MOA bias version for AR plat guns these are still well worth the money. (Posted on 2/15/2016)
My New Favorite Review by John

$95 may seem a bit pricey for a no-frills scope mount, but Aero justifies it with their typically great quality (all of my AR builds have used Aero uppers and lowers). What prompted me to try this mount is the weight as a 1-6 scope (mine is a Primary Arms) can be a bit heavy. This mount fills the bill beautifully and is as solid as you would want, despite weighing almost nothing.

The 2" eye-relief is also welcome. I have a 1-6 mounted on both an AR and a Tavor and can mount the scope where needed due to the 2" eye-relief.

The only (minor) drawback is leveling the scope. As you tighten the ring screws, the scope "walks" in the direction you tighten. So it can take a bit of tweaking to get the scope level. I find it easiest to level the scope with the ring screws snug, then torque to 15 in-lb. Take note of how much the scope walks, loosen the ring screws until you can rotate the scope by hand, apply the appropriate compensation and re-torque to 15 in-lb. The scope should now be level. It also holds zero when removed and returned to the rifle. (Posted on 12/12/2015)
Light, Simple, Easy Review by Kirk

Let's start with the obvious... This is a $95 scope mount. That's a lot of cheese for a mount without QD or any other features. But that's okay. The value of this mount lies in its elegance. It has everything you need to mount your optic, and absolutely nothing you don't.

The engineering behind the hinged top to the rings is pretty impressive. The overall appearance is kept very low profile and sleek. No crap to snag on gear or brush. The base has three screws and recoil lugs that really give the mount a solid attachment without any bulk.

I mounted my Vortex Strike Eagle to the top of my M5 with ease, and the mount returns to zero each time I remove and replace it.

An elegant, well-crafted product. Thanks Aero! (Posted on 10/9/2015)
Amazing Value Review by John O

Super light, great quality, amazing value. I've had other mounts in the past and the optic runs loose occasionally. This takes a similar lockdown method to Larue and secures the optic at the sides. I have several Larue mounts (which I do love), but they cost 3 times as much, for that reason alone, this is going to be my go to mount from here on out. (Posted on 7/15/2015)
