Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Heavy outbound calls to prospective and current clients.
  • Manage sales of products and equipment to current and potential clients.
  • Accountable to meet or exceed established sales goals for designated territory as defined by Sales Manager
  • Administer and report sales leads according to company policies and procedures.
  • Deliver product presentations to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Time, Task and Opportunity management using proprietary CRM.
  • Participate in product knowledge training, presentations, application training and product demonstrations.

Required Abilities & Experience

  • Competitive and driven personality
  • Previous Sales Experience: 2 years preferred, 6 months minimum
  • Ability to demonstrate decision making, problem solving and negotiation skills to diplomatically and professionally resolve customer issues
  • Polished speaker and experienced presenter

The position will be paid base plus commission.

Product Technical Support Representative

Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Aero Precision is searching for a Product Technical Support Representative to join our team. The Product Technical Support Representative is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and Aero Precision. They also assist with complaints, returns, product inspection, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other inquiries.

Job Description

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail.
  • Answer technical questions about Aero Precision products and policies.
  • Handle and process customer returns in an organized fashion.
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Help customers by troubleshooting product issues and disputes.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
  • Place or cancel orders.
  • Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions.
  • Sell products and services when presented the opportunity.
  • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
  • Work with customer service lead and/or sales manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.

Minimum Requirements

  • A 2-4 year degree is preferred but not required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service and firearms experience is required.
  • The ability to consistently hit individual, team, and company goals.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office in a working environment.

Lead Generator

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Description

The Lead Generator is responsible for developing strategic relationships with new customers and building the customer base. The Lead Generator is responsible for gaining new accounts and is expected to increase dealer accounts.

Minimum Requirements

  • Customer service or call center experience preferred.
  • Firearms knowledge preferred, but not required.
  • Reads and comprehends simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Writes simple correspondence; Presents information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees.

Inventory Specialist

Reports to: Inventory Manager

An inventory specialist maintains records of all warehouse inventory, produces inventory reports for the operations manager on a regular basis, ensures that sales records and inventory reports match up, and keeps all stock organized and replenished as necessary.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Counts all store products and supplies
  • Analyzes sales records and compares them to physical inventory
  • Reports any discrepancies to operations manager
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the inventory storage area
  • Puts in orders for new supplies
  • Locates and removes expired or defective merchandise from the inventory storage area
  • Packs up defective items for return, creates shipping labels, and mails items.
  • Works with operations manager to brainstorm ways to reduce inventory discrepancy and possible theft or “shrink”
  • Assists shipping department when necessary
  • Accepts and signs for warehouse deliveries
  • Unloads deliveries and stores them appropriately in the storage area
  • Adjusts inventory reports to account for new deliveries
  • Ensures that all stock in the storage area is organized, properly stored, and in good condition

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of inventory software
  • Possesses specific knowledge of company’s range of products and services
  • Exhibits ability to interpret and explain inventory and sales reports
  • Possesses physical strength necessary to unload and restock supplies

CNC Programmer

Reports to: VP of Operations

Aero Precision is searching for a CNC Programmer to join our team. This position is a key component to the success of our manufacturing department.

Job Description

  • Creation and modification of CNC programs that facilitate the machining of production parts to engineering design.
  • Read, interpret, and work from engineering prints, drawings, sketches and models
  • Analyze part designs to plan logical machining strategy.
  • Verification of CNC programs using the appropriate software prior to production release.
  • Performs all programming assignments using own initiative.
  • Ensure a safe working environment is set and maintained.
  • Any other duties as required to support business needs.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in 5 axis CNC programming using a recognized CAD/CAM system
  • In-depth understanding of G code programming.
  • 1+ year relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.

CNC Mill Setup Machinist

Reports to: VP of Operations/Shop Foreman

Aero Precision is searching for a CNC Mill Setup Machinist to join our team. This position is a key component to the success of our manufacturing department.

Job Summary

  • Responsible for supporting operators in the training of loading parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting offsets, simple edits, deburring and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements.
  • Studies and interprets drawings, manuals, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and set up requirements.
  • Measures and marks dimensions and reference points on material or work pieces as a guide for subsequent machining.
  • Detects equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure quality of productions. Reports all machine malfunctions to Supervisor.
  • Communicates with management, production control, quality and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve machining or quality issues.
  • Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and orderly and perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment.
  • Within the scope of the job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the Company Quality Program and procedures, Company policies and Safety and Environmental Regulations.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience preferred in set-up of 4-axis CNC horizontal milling, and 3-axis CNC vertical milling machines.
  • Knowledge in use of precision measuring instruments and the application of such instruments. Instruments should include but not limited to calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gages, indicators and scales.
  • Strong understanding in blue print reading / geometric tolerancing interpretation.
  • Intermediate knowledge of tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, fixtures, inserts and other accessories used on various machines.
  • Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
  • Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job.
  • Must be adaptable to a changing work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts and changing work schedules.
  • Must possess basic math skills to include, but not limited to, adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry and algebra for the purpose of calculating material fabrication.
  • CNC programming a plus
  • Past experience with either or both Mazak and Okuma equipment, as well as experience with Mazatrol and/or EIA a plus.
